Chandler Hospitalized From Synthetic Weed Consumption

“Chandler Jones was admitted to the hospital on Sunday and released that day,” the statement read, via the Boston Herald. “He reported to work on time Monday morning and has participated in all meetings and practices since then.”

Documents obtained by the Boston Herald reportedly indicate at least five officers were present while Jones was being attended to in a back parking lot of the police station, which is roughly one block from the lineman’s home. Dispatch reports also reportedly noted an officer was sent to Jones’ house to “secure the residence.”

However, Foxborough Police Chief Edward T. O’Leary denied there was any interaction between Jones and officers.

O’Leary also said the reason there is no police report is because department protocol dictates paperwork shouldn’t be filled out for a medical call “unless a person’s dead,” according to Smith and Sweet.
